Terms of Service
SolarBeam Investments LLC · PharmaClip · Ohio, United States
Version 2026-10-13-v5. Applies to orders where this version is accepted at checkout.
1. Who we are and this agreement
These Terms govern purchases of content production services from SolarBeam Investments LLC, operating as PharmaClip, Ohio, United States (PharmaClip, we, us). Contact us at support@pharmaclip.org. By affirmatively accepting these Terms at checkout, you agree to them for that order. New orders are available only to customers in the United States with a matching US billing address. Existing orders retain their accepted agreement. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If ordering for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Your order summary and any scope changes we both agree to in writing form part of this agreement. A specifically agreed written scope controls any conflicting description of that order's deliverables; mandatory legal rights always apply.
2. Services and scope
We provide short-form video editing and content production using your brief and supplied materials. Your order summary identifies the package, quantity, price, and included revision allowance per video. Listed package prices cover finished videos up to 90 seconds each, with captions and music included. Music is subject to the agreed use and disclosed license restrictions; no unrestricted premium-track or advertising license is promised. Longer finished videos require a separate written quote agreed before checkout; no extra amount is charged without your authorization. Filming, publishing, advertising spend, source project files, additional formats, and third-party licenses are included only when expressly stated in the order or an agreed written scope. A new concept, new source material, or substantial scope expansion may require a separately approved quote. We will not charge for additional work without your agreement. We may use editors and service providers to fulfill orders and remain responsible for the services we promise.
3. Your materials and instructions
Provide accurate contact information, clear instructions, usable files, and timely feedback. You retain ownership of your materials and grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, adapt, and share them with service providers solely as necessary to fulfill and support your order. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for footage, music, logos, likenesses, voices, and other supplied content. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content. Do not submit sensitive personal or patient information unless we have separately agreed in writing to an appropriate handling arrangement. We may pause work to resolve rights, safety, or scope concerns and will explain the issue where reasonably possible.
4. Payment
Prices and payments are in US dollars unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Your package is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Listed package prices exclude applicable sales tax. Before you save a card and accept this agreement, we show your package price, sales tax and total using your billing address. You authorize that exact total, including tax; a changed total requires a new agreement. If the tax quote expires before claim, no new charge is started and you must cancel the unclaimed contract and review a new quote. Payment details are securely saved by Stripe during setup; the package price is not charged at that time. You authorize one charge for the displayed agreed price when a creator claims the contract, no earlier than 48 hours after we confirm successful card setup. After that period the contract becomes available for a creator to select, without a guaranteed pickup time. If payment fails or requires authentication, production remains blocked until payment succeeds. You may need to return to your account to complete payment. Production is subject to confirmed payment and receipt of the necessary materials. We do not guarantee views, followers, revenue, advertising approval, or other business results.
5. Cancellation before claim and refund review
You may cancel without charge from your account throughout the first 48 hours after confirmed card setup and for any additional time until a creator claims your contract. Contracts are not offered to creators during the first 48 hours. The server records cancellation and claim in a single ordered process; whichever completes first determines whether the contract is canceled or claimed. Once claimed, your authorized payment is attempted and requests to cancel or refund go to management through Support or support@pharmaclip.org for review; there is no additional guaranteed voluntary refund window. A failed or pending payment does not authorize production. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, remedies for services we fail to provide as agreed, or rights concerning duplicate, unauthorized or erroneous charges. If we cannot provide the agreed services, we refund the amount for the unprovided services. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, subject to processor and bank processing times. Closing a checkout page does not cancel an existing contract. Historical orders keep the terms accepted for those orders.
6. Timelines, delivery, and revisions
A deadline requested in a brief is not guaranteed unless we confirm it in writing. We confirm the production schedule after reviewing the scope and receiving usable materials. Missing assets, delayed feedback, or approved scope changes may change that schedule; we will communicate material delays. Delivery is electronic. The number of included revision rounds is shown in your order summary. Each video has its own included revision allowance. Select the videos to revise and provide consolidated feedback for each selected video within the agreed brief. Requesting a revision for one video does not consume another video's allowance. Corrections needed to meet the agreed scope do not remove remedies available under applicable law. Any extra work or additional rounds require an agreed price before we proceed. Silence alone is not agreement to extra charges or waiver of your rights.
7. Deliverable rights and portfolio use
After full payment, we assign to you the copyright we own in the original, custom elements created specifically for your final deliverables, to the extent transferable by law. Your existing materials remain yours. Our pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and reusable assets remain ours; we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use any such elements embedded in your paid final deliverables as part of those deliverables. Third-party material remains subject to its disclosed license restrictions, including any limits on music use, advertising, or platform distribution. We will identify material restrictions before you approve their inclusion. Editable source files are included only when expressly agreed. We will not use your name, logo, or work in a public portfolio without separate permission. AI-generated material, if used by agreement, may have different ownership or exclusivity protections; we do not promise rights we cannot grant.
8. Review before publication
You are responsible for reviewing the final content before publishing, including names, factual statements, claims, permissions, and required disclosures. Our service does not include legal, medical, or regulatory review unless separately agreed in writing. Health, financial, or other regulated claims require appropriate substantiation and review. This section does not excuse our own unlawful conduct or failure to perform our agreed services.
9. Confidentiality and personal information
We will use non-public project material to perform, support, and administer the service and will limit access to people and providers who need it for those purposes, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. This does not prevent disclosures required by law or use of information already lawfully public or independently obtained. We use contact and project information for order administration and service communications. Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to marketing, public portfolio use, or training AI models on your materials. Our Privacy Policy describes our collection, providers, retention and request procedures; these Terms do not replace that policy.
10. Service commitments and limits
We will perform the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Creative preferences and third-party platform decisions may differ, and no particular business outcome is promised. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss arising from this agreement, and each party's total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid or payable for that order. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, infringement of the other party's intellectual property, breach of confidentiality, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not reduce any refund expressly owed under these Terms or mandatory consumer remedies.
11. Disagreements and applicable law
Please contact support@pharmaclip.org with any concern so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising nonwaivable rights or complying with legal deadlines. Ohio law governs this agreement, except that mandatory protections of your applicable jurisdiction remain available. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class proceedings, or restrict lawful small-claims remedies.
12. Changes and contact
The version you accept at checkout applies to that order. We may publish revised terms for future orders; material changes to an existing order require an appropriate separate agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful. For service questions, cancellation, refunds, or legal notices, contact SolarBeam Investments LLC, operating as PharmaClip, at support@pharmaclip.org, Ohio, United States. You may save or print these Terms for your records.
13. Downloads, storage and removal
For orders accepting this version, uploaded footage and finished downloads remain available for 30 days after you mark the project complete. We show the expiration date in your account and send a reminder at least seven days before scheduled removal; if that reminder is delayed, we extend the deadline. Download and keep your own copies before the displayed deadline. Paying an editor early does not complete your project, start this clock or close your review/revision rights. Active work and revisions do not expire under this completed-project rule. After the deadline, download access ends and eligible project media is removed from active storage. Management can extend access or preserve files for an active dispute, refund review, legal requirement or recovery need. Preservation is not a promise of indefinite customer download access; contact support about an extension before expiry. Older orders retain their accepted terms and do not acquire this deadline automatically. We retain separate payment, consent and audit records for accounting, disputes and legal obligations; deleting media does not erase these records. Daily recovery backups are kept for 30 days, so a deleted file may remain in a restricted backup for up to 30 additional days. Restored systems must reapply deletion records before making restored media available. Contact support@pharmaclip.store for a privacy or deletion request. These limits do not waive mandatory rights.
