What your package includes
- Package prices include finished videos up to 90 seconds each. Need a longer cut? Request a manual quote before checkout.
- Captions and music are included. Music must be cleared for your agreed use; platform, advertising or premium-track restrictions are confirmed before inclusion.
- Each video has its own included revision allowance, shown with your package. Select the videos you want revised and send clear feedback within the agreed brief. New concepts, new footage or extra outputs may need a separate quote.
Thumbnails are an optional paid add-on. Checkout shows the image count, price and separate revision allowance before you save your card.

Use only footage and assets you have permission to share. Upload project files through your private account after payment; avoid sending private media by email.
Know when you pay
Your project opens to editors 48 hours after your card is saved. You can request an earlier release from your account. Cancel free until an editor claims your project.
We aim for an editor to pick up your project within 3–5 business days after it opens to editors. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. We confirm your delivery date after reviewing your brief and footage.
Your card is charged the agreed total when an editor claims your project. Production begins after successful payment. After claim, cancellation and refund requests go to support for review.
